Naming, brand identity and marketing communications for the Forbury Place Estate: a pre-eminent business destination in the South East comprised of three buildings. With No.1 & 2, the aim for architects Aukett Fitzroy Robinson was to create façades that appear different from every angle. This was achieved through the use of a distinctive structural ‘diagrid’, which in turn provides the inspiration for the logo and identity.
The scheme is the largest and most prestigious development to be undertaken in the region, and this aspiration was reflected in the marketing materials, which included hardback books for each building, a marketing suite and website. Designed with Blast.
