No.2 Forbury Place
Pre-completion brochure for No.2 Forbury Place, the second development in the landmark Reading Estate. While the brochure for No.1 presented the building as the newest, most prestigious development in the region, this time the aim was to portray the estate as an established business destination. Elements of the original brochure are drawn into this and reinvented; bronze ink and gloss foils lend an air of luxury, while bold typography is balanced against understated finishes. The brochure incorporates newly commissioned photography, CGIs, copy and interviews.
